There is a moment at most Cheap Trick shows where the room stops being a theater. For the Morristown crowd at the Mayo Performing Arts Center, that moment landed right at the midpoint of the set, when Rick Nielsen started trading lines with the people down front like he was working a bar on a Thursday night. Seats or no seats, it stopped feeling like a sit-down venue and started feeling like a club.

Battle For The Brave was such an amazing show. The event was hosted by Steve Maclin and Deonna Purrazzo, and it was put on in collaboration with the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, a charitable organization created in honor of FDNY firefighter Stephen Siller, who lost his life on 9/11/2001.
